I’d like to know why he wasn’t there tonight or in Heisman house commercials.

It’s been answered many times on here as to why Joe isn’t in the Heisman house. Joe is one of the biggest investors in an electrical vehicle company in Ohio. It’s a competitor to Nissan. If you’re not aware of how the corporate world works, he won’t be invited to the Nissan Heisman House.

I'm sure he could have been to the Heisman and flew back to Cincinatti to get to the game, but would you want to? Some injured players would just skip the game, but Joe is a gamer. He'll be on the sideline tomorrow.

He’s injured. Pretty sure he has vacation saved up. Just seems like he’d wanna be there to rep his LSU fellow Heisman.

You think he just doesn’t have shite to do because he’s injured?

They have a game at noon tomorrow. He’s been helping back up QB Jake Browning all week prepare to win that game.

Um, maybe because he is an NFL player who’s team needs him tomorrow.

And is injured...

If you've paid any attention to Burrow since his injury, he's working just as much, if not more than he did when he was healthy. He's attending defensive film meetings, QB meetings, doing rehab, going on road trips, and wearing a headset and communicating with coaches/his backup the entire game. So why wasn't he there tonight? He's working

If you’ve been paying attention, Burrow has been on the sidelines with a headset and tablet since his injury. He’s still attending meetings and film sessions and working with Browning on the sidelines

There was 1 of the previous 13 heisman winners there. And that was RG3 in 2011.

RG3 is also employed by ESPN which helps. Matt Leinart works for fox so that’s why he’s not there. Where is Johnny manziel? Can Newton? Both those guy are unemployed and could have made it. Everyone after 2013 (Winston) are still on active rosters across the NFL so

Think it was Jacques Doucet that posted something from the Burrow family that Joe couldn't attend.

Were any of the 22 Heisman winners that were in attendance current NFL players?

No, it wasn’t weird. Even though Joe is injured, he’s still been very active and focused on the Bengals season and helping the backup QB.
