It’s been answered many times on here as to why Joe isn’t in the Heisman house. Joe is one of the biggest investors in an electrical vehicle company in Ohio. It’s a competitor to Nissan. If you’re not aware of how the corporate world works, he won’t be invited to the Nissan Heisman House.

I'm sure he could have been to the Heisman and flew back to Cincinatti to get to the game, but would you want to? Some injured players would just skip the game, but Joe is a gamer. He'll be on the sideline tomorrow.

He's attending defensive film meetings, QB meetings, doing rehab, going on road trips, and wearing a headset and communicating with coaches/his backup the entire game. So why wasn't he there tonight? No, it wasn’t weird. Even though Joe is injured, he’s still been very active and focused on the Bengals season and helping the backup QB.
