Was it a cheap move the way Oregon State changed pitchers

I think victory.

I can see the players using anything as something to be mad about to use for motivation but I really don't see it as a big deal.

Bush league, they got what they deserved.

It was kind of a bush move on Casey's part.

My own first reaction was that I was glad he'd done it. He outsmarted himself. Rasmussen would've been a lot tougher draw.

It seems petty, but doesn't every coach use small adjustments as some sort of insult to motivate?

OSU just fricked up not trotting out their best guy to start. Casey will be drunk tonight mulling over that

It was one of 2 things:

1) a cheap ploy by Oregon state to give us the least amount of time possible to create a gameplan

Or

2) a panic move by a team on the ropes. It's possible that after watching his undefeated non pedo ace get beat that pat Casey got nervous and decided at the last minute to use the guy that "shut us down" in the first game.

I think it was #2. In that case, it's not a cheap move, it's a panic move.
