Do any of you follow college football? Chandler Morris won the starting job there and got hurt in the first game. Dykes obviously likes him, he’s healthy now (played at the end Monday) and he has a year in their offense. Do you really the guy who ran 3rd here and didn’t look like anything special when he did get on the field here is going to just walk in the door and take the job?

Makes sense for him. It was obvious that he wasn't going to get to play much. LSU might be the only fanbase that thinks elite QBs can't be trusted as a starter until their 4th year. It's weird.

Tell me again who’s really on the “upswing” and has an actual path to winning big? TCU is getting better, but they aren’t on an SEC level and won’t be as a program top to bottom for years. That was just definitively proven.

I would better understand Walker transferring before spring if he goes to a school where he is definitely going to start in the fall. That’s not TCU. If that is where he ends up he could have let spring play out first.
I figured one would transfer after Spring not before. Honestly thought it would be Nuss if after spring he felt he was not given a fair chance to win starting job or Howard caught up to him to take some 2nd string snaps. Nuss could still leave as he has more college playing experience now and probably doesn’t need the spring with a new team to start as much as a true freshman like Howard.
ND constantly got big QB recruits. I can’t think of any truly great qb’s who developed under Kelly but also can’t think of any great ones he ran off (different era for the most part though). A defensive guy and a OL/TE guy are not QB whisperers, and though Kelly is stubborn and may not always make the best choice with offense or with QB he isn’t Les Miles which is what most fans still fear with QB decisions and development. Les has been gone since 2016 but his stain lives on.

He COULD go in the transfer portal and never transfer. He COULD go to Auburn, Ala, Tenn, FLA, UGA, PAC-12, BIG. Nobody has any idea where's he's going, if he even is.
Hell, WH may not even know where he's playing next year.
