Bad matchup for lsu, and they had a better team last year. Hard to blame this loss on wade

I will be extremely shocked if we lose to them in BR. We are due and I truly believe we are the better team and would have won tonight with Days.

We played them with one hand tied behind our back tonight.

No Pinson, No Days.

That’s 6 full seasons of experience.

People will mention the tech but we don’t comeback without that spark

His coaching wasn’t necessarily the problem tonight. Losing Days for the second half was the last thing we needed

Or....

Oats is a better coach. When LSU came back, Bama settled into slowing the pace and running offensive sets. They had plenty of open 3's but had an off-night. Still, they ran plays that created open shots at the rim and they had a game plan to get their forwards easy shot attempts point-blank range. Its what "coaching" does. LSU conversely doesn't even run plays coming out if timeouts. WW is rarely upset when they jack up a 3, dribble into trouble, or drive with nowhere to go with the ball. That should let you know they aren't really running plays. Outside of basic fundamentals such as keep the ball moving, this team doesn't have a clue.

We were without 2 of our 3 leading scorers last night on the road what did you expect?

Last night, one of these three things, just one, would have led to a win

1. Pinson
2. Days
3. Correct officiating

Hopefully 1 and 2 happen very soon in which case lack of 3 can usually be overcome.

If you take Quin and shackleford off their team do you think they win last night? Do you think it is even within 10?

Oates is also 8 years older than Wade.

Wade will improve that record so I'm legit not worried about it at all

I’ve read a litany of excuses for Wade on this board, this one takes the cake.
