Watertown Hotel

Does anybody know anything about this place? We are staying there Sat. and Sun. night. Driving up from Portland Sat. am. Does anyone know if they have a shuttle to the game or if they are near a bus stop that could get you to the stadium?

Nice, Crown and Pepsi is awful. I had to endure that the first Alabama game I went to. Sierra Mist and Goose is good. However, football is a brown liquor sport.

how hard is it to sneak liquor into the game? what measures need to be taken?

Load up with those mini-bottles and evenly distribute among your pockets, socks, & you shouldn't have problems getting them in. There is a liquor store at University Village, just north of the stadium.

Just be sure to keep the alcohol concealed at all times. I don't smuggle bottles in anymore as I tailgate close to the stadium. But when I did, I'd buy a Coke at the concession stand, find a bathroom stall, and then generously spike the drink.

Tigerwatch, downtown is relatively tame at most hours, even late....streets are well lit, etc., so you shoud be fine.

If it got past midnight / 1am, and was stomping around in Pioneer Square, or 1st Ave (Belltown), I would personally opt for a cab over the bus...

Went to Serious Pie (Tom Douglas) for dinner-really good wood-fired pizza. Drinks at Whiskey Bar after.

My favorite is Oeaneda falls. You have to climb over a huge logjam and walk through waist deep water at times while your surrounded by a canyon. Its only a half mile hike but it takes some time and at the end is a beautiful fall. All of these falls are just a few miles apart and are awesome.

can someone give me any info or Oeaneda Falls? i can't seem to find anything about it.

Any stories yet of crazy plane rides? Some of my people started arriving last night from different places and said every flight was at least 50% LSU people.

Lots of purple on SW from Nola to Vegas but most apparently to stop over. That or they knew how rocky the leg from Vegas to Reno was going to be. Big bounces

Just had an airport worker come up to me in LAX asking what was all this "LSU" and if we had a game out here or something. Must be a lot of Tiger fans rolling through. Also, Stephen Baldwin said "geaux tigers" to me

Jersey Tiger did a guide in 2009 before the LSU-Washington game. This should help.
