It needed to happen and he is not the last. LSU is not going to improve by having coaches hang around because it’s some sort of popularity contest.

Nepotism and favoritism have no place on a football team. I am sure Tommy Moffitt is a good guy but that isn’t the the question.

When LSU signed Aaron Moffitt it was simply nepotism and wasted a scholarship. This is a simple example of what happens when an environment of entitlement exists. LSU needs a clean break from the past and a new culture established and there is no way to do that without changing people.

Cool. At least I'm not an idiot like you. Seriously, you've had some very effeminate, overly emotional views as of late. Are you a woman?

The ND S&C coach is just the person to set the tone. Kelly knows him and I assume trusts him. This position sets the tone day to day for the next 8 months and beyond.

Isn't he staying at ND?

Aaron Moffitt was on scholarship as a freshman. He was a walk-on after that, and he injured his shoulder and knee in practice; requiring surgeries. He was practicing to play this season but was hampered by a bulging disc. He travelled to the UCLA game but aggravated the disc. He gave a lot of himself trying to play for LSU.

I didn't know how I would feel about this type of video posted publicly but I believe it's a good reminder that there are consequences when certain players or coaches are selfish.
*Vast majority of the team played the season out with honor.
*I know Moffitt was compensated well and will be fine but it always sucks packing up your desk.
