This is all actually incorrect being that Alex Atkins is the run game coordinator so Sloan was indeed correct by using the term "us".

It wasn’t about atkins dumbass. I was referring to his specific play calling. Unless your uninformed arse reads, then stay out of a conversation. Go listen to Baker addressing the same question and he used “I” learning his personnel. While not a direct answer, it was accountability. Why some of you are dumbasses.

So none of the other coaches have any accountability to do anything in game to assist Baker? Is that what you’re saying? They have NOTHING to do with preparation of the defense for the opponent or game planning? I say save all those salaries and fire all of them but Baker.

The fact is Baker stated he adapted his play calling to fit his players. Sloan could have stepped up and said the same thing EXCEPT Kelly had to take over for him last season.
Sloan has ZERO accountability of himself and his press conference reflected that.
And for the record, you are absolutely wrong on calling the plays. Play calling is reading the game and adjusting by putting your plan in place to help your team be successful with that plays your coaches taught them. Once in game it is too freaking late to “game plan”. You adjust based on what your team is seeing and what you’re seeing the defense do to you.

Did Sloan say he learned anything about his play calling when he was asked a direct question in his most recent press conference ie how he can improve? NO
Did Baked say anything in his? YES. He didn’t say what he was doing differently but gave the reason why the defense improved.
