And therein lies the difference between your argument and the one's defending JJ. You, admittedly , don't give a shite about what becomes of this young man, and whether he was falsely accused or not. You got your wish in Lee starting, so why waste your time arguing about what is going to happen to JJ if you have just admitted that your only dog in this fight is whether Lee is starting or not?

The others who you are arguing with, do genuinely care about what happens to our former QB and whether or not he has been being falsely accused or not. The fact that you have continued to argue this long, shows that you have some type of resentment towards JJ and would like nothing better than to watch him burn.

These guys have absolutely no logical arguments left they have been completely destroyed. If they could they would deus ex machina this entire situation and JJ would lead us to the BCSNCG.

Clients where the known impact of timing of charges needlessly approached that of this case?
Look, I don't understand your issue with the timing, so I am at a distinct disadvantage. I don't care about the timing, but out of curiosity, why would you think waiting would be better for any involved? What is this impact you speak of? Why do you see this as a rush? What would have been the proper time to do it?

Are you implying that the BRPD should consider college athletics in doing their jobs?

Urinating isnt. Its a sex offense, indecent exposure. Speeding can turn into one too. Just like a bar fight has now turned into battery.

I could say fighting is victimless. If people initiate a fight or participate they are not victims.

I thought it was because he's black.

I haven't said one word...It's called "typing".

So if someone got drunk and passed out and got pissed on, that's ok ?

That is exactly what Cadello, Choctaw, lsudm21, and Philosoraptor are saying. If you are an LSU athlete if you shoot someone in the face killing them on the spot with 3 witnesses you should not be presumed guilty and should continue to play. WHY? Because goddamnit they deserve it.

Not everyone does drugs. The statement was "we all break the law" which may be true in the case of victimless crimes like speeding. However, most of us do not commit crimes that affect other human beings or even ones we feel are morally wrong. I actually know people who feel it is wrong to speed so not everyone even does that. It was just in relation to that one statement.

You are extremely delusional. I actually prefer Lee starting over Jefferson.

Better yet, they should still be allowed to play on the team until convicted.

and this is what I frankly don't understand.

Is it because he was ineffective last year? What?

I would pose to those who are condemning JJ: what if it turns out to be exactly as described by JJ's lawyer? He was not involved in the fight at all, except to usher the other players away from it. The girl's ID of him was either mistaken identity or something more nefarious, take your pick. Isn't this possible? If not, then why is it not possible?

Speeing is victimless. A wreck isn't. Fighting is never victimless nor is a "bar fight". Urinating is so long as you aren't exposing yourself to someone. Peeing in the bushes is victimless. Peeing in the middle of the road not so much. Just use common sense and you can figure it out.

Not using ur blinker is breaking the law. Not every driver has always followed the rules to a T. Everyone has broken the law in one shape or form.

I realize that without titties and hyperbole there would be little use for the internet, but please give us a god damned break here.
