Link to any post stating that I saw JJ in any of those videos. My take has always been that the vids are evidence that there was a kick to the head. Eyewitnesses (who did not see the incident through blurry video) have ID'd the JJs.

Probably not due to what Jefferson was wearing in the bar.
Obviously, anything is possible. Jefferson may have changed clothes before the fight. But if this and the Lowery and Long accounts were the only evidence I had against Jefferson and I had employees saying they saw him away from the fight during their observation, I'm probably dismissing the charges or reducing them to a disturbing the peace.
