what's even scarier is the fans who think this is some elaborate plot to get jordan jefferson kicked off the team.
c'mon people. wake the frick up.

Oh but wait, the employees who didn't watch the fight are sure JJ wasn't in it. They didn't see who was in it but they definitely saw that JJ wasn't. Why would you believe employees(vested interest to the football players) who didn't see the fight over neutral witnesses 10 feet away from them?(and yes they are neutral. Believe it or not, some people at Shady's that night didn't like Lowery better than LSU football
What I find funny about the whole Shady's employees thing, is that while they've told the media what they claim to have seen, apparently none of them have voluntarily come forward to the police to make any statements to THEM about what they saw.
It's one thing to tell the media something... but if you're gonna make an official statement to the police, you'd better be telling the truth.

It only ends once. Anything that happens before that is just progress.
Who did the kicking? Man in black or Jacob?

Sure sound like he wasn't involved, at least from Neldare's standpoint.
ehy not quote all of what Neldare said....I'll wait.

Neldare said he saw Jefferson at one point "standing by himself and looking upset while the fight was still taking place."
quote:clearly. how could you?
I dunno.

They said JJ didn't start it, not that he didn't kick.
In all fairness, one of them said that JJ was standing idly by, looking upset, while the fight was going on. They also give a very different account of "the truck" that some kid was supposed to have been pulled from and savagely beaten.

BRPD will come up with a 2nd Shirt Theory!

It's an interesting theory, but there's one big hole in it: if the kicker WASN'T a football player, I'd think the probability is a lot higher that SOMEONE on the football team would step forward to rat the culprit out...especially if it were to save JJ's neck.
Again...just for shits and giggles...what if the kicker isn't a player and wasn't even part of their party? Not every black guy at the bar that night was a player I'd guess. what if he's simply an a-hole who decided he wanted to get involved and walked int and kicked a guy on the ground and none of the players know who it was, or even bothered to notice in all the fracas? That gets you to JJ not being the kicker, no player being the kicker, and no player id'ing the kicker.
Like I said, it's more likely given that players were involved in the fight that it was a player...but I does bother me when we see here that it HAD TO BE one, when it clearly did not.

You go from saying this a few days ago
To saying the video is completely irrelevant.

This video will be compared with other video, such as camera phones from inside the bar and security camera footage of the players. Match up the clothes, match the players. It's not that complicated. The shitty video is important, but not as a primary video. If that makes sense. ...

Do u dumb asses realize that there is someone in a white shirt that kicks the guy prior to the guy in all black??
Just making sure

No one can. That's the most awesome part of this f'ing bullshite. Drunk assholes at a bar giving accounts of shite they think happened.

that is the only person in the video that i see could possibly be JJ and i didn't see that guy kick anyone (punch or push, yes. kick, no)
If that makes sense.

Look at the color of the pants of JJ inside the bar, as opposed to the possible kicker 2.

the person in the video appears to have a hat on JJ did not have a hat on in the bar or did it appear he had one with him

he could be preventing an attack or getting in a cheap shot. the video shows nothing

JJ in Grey. Kicker 1 is in black. Possible kicker 2 is in white.
the shirt worn by JJ in da club looks to be baggier and longer than the shirt worn by possible kicker #2.
