And there in lies the problem. Everyone is taking everything the media claims with way too much weight. Nothing said to the media can be held against the person making the claims. Same goes for the Shady's employees. Until the give a statement to the cops, they can't be held accountable for obstruction of justice.

First of all does BRPD crime lab do there own DNA testing. Probably not, it would be taken to a lab that does testing for BRPD and others. They also would take more than 1 sample to be tested just in case one is not pure or they cannot extract a DNA from 1 of the samples. The cost for doing a test is costly and 72 hour turn around is highly unlikely.

Thats not my point. Players were involved in a fight. The players know who was involved. Most of the players are getting off without a penalty. The video doesn't prove they did the kicking, but they were definitely involved in a fight.

Yes, but if he threw the first punch, as has been stated, and got beat down, but wasn't kicked in the head while on the ground, defenseless, it certainly changes things.

I can't tell anything, either. I can't pick out a single person. I can see a guy in black kick the guy on the ground, and that there's a girl right there, but no distinguishable feature to ID anyone, from either side. Worthless IMO.

So which players need to be punished based on that video? Forget the kicking aspect, can anyone really point out a single LSU player in that video?
