Last night’s loss doesn’t lessen how proud Tiger fans should be of our players currently on the team. Gutsy performances back to back, that tells me all of you will do well in life and won’t crack under pressure that comes nearly every day in life. That’s the one good feeling I get out of this terrible season.

I am too. But with that said, I do not understand why they all of the sudden decide to tackle and wrap up.

Me too.

I didn't believe that LSU would be able to keep the Hogs from winning by only 3 points.

Two more almost wins and we're moral bowl eligible!

Knowing you won’t have a joke of a HC anymore will kinda help. I don’t care what anyone says, O had his hand in that defense. There’s no way after the bye week you decide to start being aggressive. That just doesn’t make sense to me

LSU defense in the last 2 games (with backups) were better than 2019 defense, they just need make easy tackles.
So they're good, except for the only thing actually necessary.

I assume you have noticed a scheme change. Our defense drastically improved over the bye week because of our scheme change. Darante Jones has done a heck of a job with a very banged up u it that continues to improve.

They decided to play as a team once the individuals got "hurt".

Absolutely, and I give DJ all of that credit. BUT… sure tackling and wrapping up on caught balls and stretched out running plays is a personal decision by our players. Scheme has nothing to do with that. That was this teams bugaboo for most of this year, and I’m still bewildered at how that switch has been flipped.
