Who gives a rats arse about a sucker punch that happened months ago or a coed that had her arse felt up in a bar! Happens every weekend in some college town! Do they know so little about football that they have to resort to bringing this up twice a game for every game LSU is on their network!

I have no problem w reference to Hill. Staying on Mett after several years is stretching it out. Danielson is the best announcer in the business in my opinion. He knows the players and the plays that are unfolding. He's no genius but he is entertaining and factual. Vern on the other side is a "homer." By that I mean whatever flavor of the day is going well he's 100% in their corner. He doesn't seem to have the empathy Danielson shares for both teams/players/coaches/fans. Either way we're on TV every weekend. Good to be a Tiger fan!

Nobody had a problem with Ingrams dad being brought up and discussed at lengths most every game but somehow this is different? Also they stopped short of even mentioning what Hill was on probation for. All in all,they could have said alot more.

This is just something you have to accept when watching these two announcing an LSU game. I guarantee you will hear about it again immediately following the first play of note Hill makes against Florida on 10/12. I rember distinctly getting really tired of the repeated references to LSU's off-field issues following the Shady's incident, complete with graphic. After awhile, it was like, "We're talking about this again, Verne?"

I'm more concerned that Hill sucker punches a defenceless person and then gets sucker punched by the Bulldogs. He looked soft, lethargic, or injured. Was he injured?

I don't know why ESPN suck off Saban so much and find ways to disrespect Louisiana State University but if I was Joe Alleva, I would make their experience in Baton Rouge a miserable one.
