I made reservations at Hells Kitchen for game day at noon. I’ll be the one in the LSU hat

So…. A storm in the gulf provided cloud cover for a game 1100 miles away. Got it. lol

If you read my OP, I cited the neutral site game in Houston. LSU played Wisconsin in Houston before playing them in Green Bay.

BTW, I went to the Green Bay game also and it was a much better climate but it it did get warm in the second half.

You’re planning on wearing your hat in the restaurant? Guess you’ll have your PFG and crocs on too

Temps do not drop in Las Vegas. If it's 95 during the day it's 95 during the night. So, it's basically equally oppressive no matter the time. I doubt anyone wants to tailgate in that. 95 would probably be a blessing based on how it typically feels.

Man the fan base is soft. I went to the cowboys classic in 2011 and tailgating was happening everywhere. Dallas has the same heat

You’re going to spend more than arnauds. Why would you wear a hat in any restaurant?

If my wife who was 6 months pregnant at the time can walk around Vegas in late August 2022 and not complain then yall sound like a bunch of pussies. Hydrate yourself and set up some tents for shade and maybe a fan just like we do in BR early in the season and you'll be fine.

Now idk where something like that would be set up or if anything will but I went to the UNC game in Atlanta in 2010 and they had an area for RVers and there was some tailgating there. I'm sure there's a similar spot by Allegiant. I'm kinda floored reading these "too hot to tailgate" comments though.

I had a tailgate, Grey Line Tour Bus up in Seattle for the UDub game. We tailgated hours before the game. Nice weather.

The NC Game in Nola, we busted in a private party across the street from the Super Dome. Freeport-McMoran was have a private party. Somehow we got in, Food, Drinks and Music.

We have rooms at the Luxor and MGM Grand, gonna hang around till an hour or so before game time.

Why would anybody want to tailgate on the surface of the sun?

We did it in Arlington for Oregon, TCU and Miami.

Will there be a band of some sort or a public tailgating event taking place outside the stadium before the game?

Why would you want this? Pregame at Mandalay Bay before you walk over, easy walk.

Decorum and dress in restaurants has declined. You could go to a high end 5 star and see someone in shorts and LSU PFG shirt. It's pathetic.
