Too many people in the stands and she got nervous. She can hide at TCU with limited people in the crowd.

Didn't Louisville make it to the final 4? Also, TCU is ranked #9.

How about the experience at Louisville?

Izzy Besselman hasn't had any problems in the locker room and if that really was the case Mulkey wouldn't tolerate it so stop with the hyperbole. Van Lith loved the team and they loved her back. You people are always making everything out of race. Just face the fact that she wasn't a good fit.

I think TCU has some quality wins already, and are ranked #9.

For all those saying level of competition....I'll be honest and haven't looked it up, but didn't Louisville make it to the final 4 the prior year before LSU, and she was the star of the team? The SEC has a dominant team in SC, and LSU has turned into a dominant team under Mulkey, and Tenn years ago, but let's not act like the SEC is some powerhouse women's basketball league.

She wanted to play PG for Kim Mulkey and didn't live up. Is what it is.

People are going to keep saying she wasn't a good fit.

She looked absolutely terrible last year by all measures. She was basically incompetent on the court and any other explanation is revisionist history.

I am glad she is doing well where she is at but she looked terrible in the games I watched last year. The fact she shot 37.8% last year and I could have swore it was in the low 20s%.

Didn’t seem like she had much of chance here due to the racism against her in the locker room

What was the deal at LSU? Was it Mulkey, the PG position, or was it Reese and jealousy?

SHE wanted to learn to play PG to enhance here WNBA draft value. Turns out she is not one.

Sssssoooo 7 teams in the top 25 isn't a powerhouse league? Got it.

She was better looking than anyone else on LSU team and they couldn’t stand for that.

okay....who is winning championships in the sec outside of SC and LSU? Tenn is long past Pat....who else?

I am all SEC, and that is a fact....but to act like she hasn't faced competition elsewhere is a joke...pretty much like your takes on Nuss are.....she made it to a final 4 as a key player...I'm pretty sure she had competition there, and she is playing well this year with a few good wins over top competition. Sure, SC will spank them, but that doesn't take away what she did at Louisville and what she is doing at TCU.

You are a clown anyway with your takes on Nuss.

I never implied racism.....at all. AR was benched for a few games, I'm sure it wasn't for missing class. I expect the locker room will be much better this year and look forward to watching the girls. As someone said, AR was Dennis Rodman, which is great, and everyone needs, but she had the ugliest shot I've ever seen at that level. I don't know if that has improved because I've never and will never watch a WNBA game.

No lie.

Van Lith was not awful here last year. She led us to an Elite 8. That is not horrible....except that we won the whole thing the year before and that is what she was being compared to.

She wasn't a perfect fit, but her time here last year was not wasted. Her teammates in 3x3 in the Olympics talked about how Van Lith became a better passer because of her LSU experience.

To be at her absolute best, she needs to be somewhere where she can get 20 shots a game, and that just wasn't going to be possible here. I legit think the best move was for to move on, and I don't think anyone on any side had any hard feelings whatsoever.

DBeaux225 was not responding to you.

He was responding to Wichita Co Tiger.

But I can see how you would think that he was.

My assessment of Nussmeier...strengths and weaknesses are spot on. To save time and spare repetition, he is Derek Carr...pure and simple. Same strengths...some liabilities. If you don't see that, not my problem!

That is ridiculous to act like that just because S Carolina and LSU won championships but no one in the SEC has lately in WBB that the rest of the SEC isn't very good. Once again, the SEC has 7 teams in the top 25...Big 12 has 3. 'nuff said! As far as HVL goes, her FT % is a record low for her...so is her 3 pt shooting %. Her FG % overall is up, reb up, assists up, blocks up, and most importantly fewer turnovers. But the reason she is scoring more is she taking more shots obviously.

Came to LSU to learn the PG position, since that will be her wbna position. Found out she got zero lateral quickness and no passing abilities to play against the quicker Guards. Went back to SG since that’s her only chance to the W now…but yea, everything is Angel and Mulkey fault ??
