Vacating wins has to be the dumbest shite

Are we supposed to act like the games were never played? Will they refund our money spent on those games "that never happened?" Make believe world, like what people post on social media. So dumb. The man won the games, he shouldn't have to sue to get credit for what he ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHED. Rant over

Kind of like pretending Guice didn’t run all over Ole Miss to set the rushing record…

Suing the school that would honor his HOF career just seems kind of backwards though.
BK had wins vacated at ND, but LSU still gives him credit for those as the “winningest active coach in NCAA Football” with 304 wins

It’s fricking criminal. We should demand records and stats be reinstated.

Especially years later for something so trivial.

No, LSU still credits Les with 114-34 record with a note that 37 wins were vacated by NCAA decision.

was referring to the "Les is a scumbag and BK is our savior" camps

We treat the NCAA like they have power. So guess what? ...They have power.
So many other schools force their hand by just ignoring them. Guess what? ...They have no power.

This is a lot different than erasing Guice from the record books.

I'm ok with not acknowledging anything Guice did, that guy was a POS

That's the idea behind vacating wins.
And no, I don't agree with it. More because what is done is done, not because we're supposed to act like they were never played.

Seems like they still proudly claim his national championship though.

His vacated wins were 2012-2015. No natty’s or SEC Championships that I’m aware of.

But logically, since we vacated our win vs A&M in '12, they won the west, not Bama. And either UGA or Aggy would play ND. And either Richt or Sumlin is still there. Les was so far ahead of his time.

That’s what I thought but is it true? If it is, why is Les suing LSU?

Vacating wins does not mean the other team won.
