there’s no way this happened. I can understand the cursing but there’s no way in hell they said stop drinking because their kids are around.

I do think it is fair to ask anyone to cut out the cussing. Thats just a respect thing. As far as drinking, with all due respect they are coming to our house.......they dont make the rules. Lol

Unless it is against the rules of a university to not allow alcohol, they have no right to even ask. Loud obscenities in public is rude and shows a lack of class and decorum and certainly should be curbed after apologizing to your neighbors. But drinking! I would do a shot right in front of them!
