Hey guys, I know we aren't even close to being your biggest game, but as a Utah State fan, I'm really excited to play you guys this year.

LSU is by far my favorite SEC team. I Love the stadium, your team's style of play, the jerseys, and I 100% believe that Mike the Tiger is the coolest mascot in the NCAA. I also went to the same high school as Apu Ika, so I'm curious to see how he does with you guys.

Pretty much I want to know the in's and out's of your team this year. What are your strengths as a team? Who are the players we should look out for? etc.

Also if you have any questions about Utah State's team, I'd be happy to answer to the best of my abilities.

Looking forward to Oct 5th!

What is the level of talent regarding females on campus? Answer with pics. TIA.

You've returned a lot of starters if I'm not mistaken.

I hear your secondary will be scary good next year.

Like this coming year? Or next year like the following year?

All you need to know is we will be un-fricking-stoppable

Returned a lot of starters on both side of the ball. Offense is still somewhat of a question mark, but the talent is there at every position except OT. The defense is setting up to be downright filthy with multiple first round talents.

Coming year.

How's the offense looking? I can see there are some mixed reviews on Burrow on this board.

I wouldn't expect anything less from an LSU defense.

Hey Utah guy ... .don't tell anyone but we'll have a glaring weakness at CB. you guys should pick on the Fr - Stingley Jr.
He's being forced into playing bc we're thin at that position, you guys can keep it close throwing at him all night.

-QB is Joe Burrow. Above average arm talent. Gutsy af. Can run well. Tough as nails. True leader.

-OL is veteran and loaded with solid run blockers. Lloyd Cushenberry at C and Saahdiq Charles at LT are notable.

-RBs are loaded with the #1 John Emery and #8 Tyrion Davis RB prospects as freshmen. Clyde Edwards-Helaire is a veteran starter.

-WR corps is loaded with 4 and 5 stars galore. Justin Jefferson, Ja'Marr Chase, Terrace Marshall are the starting 3.

-DL is veteran and nasty. Rashard Lawrence and Breiden Fehoko at end, Tyler Shelvin/Apu Ika at nose

-LBs are elite. 5* Jr. Jacob Phillips and 5* Sr. Mike Divinity inside, 5* Jr K'Lavon Chaisson as a rush end and 5* Jr JaCoby Stevens as F/LB ~or~ dime safety

-Secondary is elite. Top 3 safety Grant Delpit, Top 5 corner in Kristian Fulton, best CB prospect in a very long time in Derek Stingley, nationally recognized track athlete Kary Vincent at nickel, and a multitude of other safeties to choose from who were all highly rated recruits.

-Special teams are average to above average.

Offensive scheme will be a balanced spread attack with RPOs and some QB runs while maintaining a physical ground game.

Defense is an aggressive 3-4 playing cover 3/4 match or cover 1 free.

ETA: If LSU wants to whip some arse and comes out motivated, Utah State will be run off the field by LSU's two-deep. No offense to Utah State, as I know they're a good football team and quality program, but this LSU team is definitely a contender for a CFP berth this season.

ETA2: Don't look at last year's tape/highlights and extrapolate anything from the DL play. Our DL was hampered by injuries and scheme due to not having quality depth. Our starters played the majority of the game and played more of a two-gap mush rush control game than an upfield rushing attack. Pass rush will be improved by having guys like Chaisson back and having emerging guys like Jarell Cherry.

LSU returns a ton of production from last season on both sides of the ball. The QB and top 6 WR's from last year return. All 5 (projected) starters on the OL have significant starting experience. The only question marks (personnel-wise) are at TE and RB. LSU returns a sold, but not spectacular RB in Clyde Edwards-Heiler (sp?). He's a short, compact runner, but also very elusive and strong. However, LSU also adds the #2 RB from last year's recruiting class into the mix (John Emery) and another top 10 RB

Defense is LSU's bread and butter. DC Dave Aranda consistently fields a great group. LSU also returns a ton on this side of the ball from last year. The one huge loss is All American Devin White. It's likely no one on this roster can fully replace his production. LSU also lost All American Greedy Williams at CB, but will replace him with the top freshman CB in the country, Derek Stingley. He doesn't look like a freshman and the coaches think he could be one of the best to ever play at LSU. With him, CB Kristian Fulton, and Safety, Grant Delpit, this could be one of the best defensive backfields in LSU history, which is no small accomplishment.

Yes, depending on the day and the thread, he is either the second coming of Andrew Hatch or super-hybrid of Tebow and Brady.
