No coach can beat a team full of NFL first round players with a bunch of freshmen.

He doesn’t want to play Bama every year

He likes easy paths to the playoffs. Texas or ACC would be perfect for him. No way he’s coming to the SECW.

Doubtful. Much easier path for him at USC.

$aban with help from Les Miles drove him out of the SEC, don’t see him coming back.

Saban would force him out of the SEC. I could see him at USC

It’s worth nothing because this is all fake

There’s no chance in hell that LSU is firing everyone the year after a national title and there’s no chance in hell Meyer wants to have to play Saban every year instead of the big 12

Stress in Gainesville, not with the entire SEC. UF was a crime syndicate under Meyer.

Even if this was the case, he wouldn’t be here long. Not cool.

You guys scoffing at Meyer are insane. He would instantly be the best HC LSU has ever had.

His regime would out-recruit O and he’d literally start a dynasty.

Can you imagine LSU’s resources and talent in the hands of an elite coach?

Not saying he couldn’t win at LSU—he most definitely could.

Saying there is no reason for him to come back & have to play $aban every year.

Once $aban retires, then the task looks much easier & less stressful (he did quit UF over “health” issues).

Or he could use LSU as a negotiating tool to command higher pay from Texas. Hmm I’ve seen this before.
