Come on forreal? After allegations like this? Urban’s career maybe over, have you seen what has happened to every person with a DV case on their hands?
Doesn’t look good.
If Art Briles can’t get a job, then Urban probably won’t, be realistic.

Maybe not, but any excuses for O not to win the SEC this year are gone out the fricking window if Urban becomes available and LSU doesn’t hire him.

I agree. But this isn’t so much about the original DV as much as it is a trust issue. An employer should be able to trust that, when sonething serious like this occurs, the person in charge, sssuming they did in fact know, would report to their superiors. If Neyere knew and didn’t report it, there’s a huge trust issue. What else would he fail to disclose or try to cover up?

Alleva must go before any HC change that leads to an upgrade. That is the cold hard fact of the matter for the future. Alleva's path for our program is set now. To change the path- Alleva must go.
He's our Jeff Long: great AD from a business management POV. Not even close from a sports management POV.
It is college athletics, one follows the other (with an indeterminate lag). The business side follows the sports side.

Simple. Urban is a guaranteed winning coach.
If LSU doesn’t attempt to hire him if available, O’s leash just got shorter. No excuses for 9-3 or worse...maybe not even 10-2...fire him if he falls short. Alleva goes first though.

Some times I wonder what some people on here are smoking. They took he is on leave to LSU immediately firing O and hiring Urban and all is wonderful and we are NC again.
Only thing that might come from this would JB to lure some recruits here with him. That’s it.
Rest is some pot filled fantasy. For starters LSU is not in the market for a coach. Some members of this board are. But LSU powers to be are not.
