Glover is a an idiot. The "kids" do get paid for their efforts. It is called an education. Where the frick do these morons get the idea that LSU controls these kids pocket money?
These are the same friggin idiots at the Legislature who continue to cut higher education and now in order to raise funds in other avenues this stupid mofo wants to stop that too.
Incidently, the branded beer sales are not directed at selling to players or anyone else whoi is underage. That point makesno damn sense at all.
Why dont these fools worry about all the damn money given away and stolen instead of this type of stupidity?

A. He said the bill was for "religious reasons" first and has now changed that.
B. This has absolutely nothing to do with student-athletes, its licensing for a brewery.
C. Even if it were to do with paying student-athletes, which it is not, that is not LSU's call. That is the NCAA's.
What a chump.

"Dear Mr Glover, my name is ****** ****** and I live in Baton Rouge, LA. In light of some recent propositions you have put forward, I am slightly concerned about the physical and mental health of our younger generations. I propose that we no longer allow universities in Louisiana to have official fast food sponsors, as it can promote to students that eating these unhealthy foods is acceptable and morally appropriate. It hurts my soul to see the shameless promotion of McDonald's and Raisin Cain's by the institutions of higher education in this state. As you are a true visionary in regards to our state alcohol laws, I hope you can understand my point and possibly try to do something about it. Obesity is an epidemic in this State, and maybe, as a man I believe is in great shape and takes care of himself, you can do something about it.
Sincerely, ****** ******. "

and all the purple and gold paraphernalia that bears their names.
Where can I find officially licensed products that bear the name of current student athletes? Thanks in advance.
Also, why should the student athletes get a share of the money coming from an LSU beer? Purely academic students also make LSU popular, no?

Now, just think if the ranters were this passionate when they were cutting higher education funding. Hmm

Would Cedric be interested in syringes with LSU logos on them for his insulin shots?
