Short version of the binders.

MImic Bama top to bottom. From spending, recruiting, office support.

Is there any distance between O/Sark over what happened with the SC job? Guess not.

As someone who grew up in Tx, Briles as OC would be amazing. What about the two TCU guys?

Sounds great in a binder, but the Saban factor is missing. Saban factor is the most important.

yeah having Saban and Bama running that kind of show is one thing

having the Binder, Kiffin, and Alleva running it is another thing altogether

if we make one mistake we will get HAMMERED

No, All the bad blood was with Pat Hayden. SArk had nothing to do with Kiffen getting fired and O not getting the job. Sark tried to keep O.

Too bad our HC will never come close to the level the one at Bama is maintaining.

So what is unique about this? Isn't every serious program in the country putting everything that Bama does under a microscope hoping to get an edge over the competition? I seriously doubt they interviewed 25 candidates and O was the only one to say, "look, we got to look at Bama and mimic that" and the search committee was like, "Holy shite! You just blew our minds!"

Hmmm and this blew Alleva away? Gee I wonder why no one has tried this strategy before, just copy Bama.

What does our backroom staff look like today? I know Kragthorpe has been there, heard something about kevin steele's son. Earl Lane still around? (Lane reffing the spring gsme a few years back is one of tGOATest things I've ever seen).

No, but he may have been the only one who walked in with a binder full of work already accomplished on specific steps to take to make it happen. Hopefully lists of names were included, perhaps letters of commitment..... You and I just do not know.

O: Joe I've got a plan
Joe: Ooooo tell me about this thing called a plan
O: Well we're going to be just like Bama.
Joe: Bama is really good, right?
O: Yep
Joe: Well that's a good plan, I'm in.
O: Do you want to even look at this binder? It has lots of pictures, Derek was up all night with the scissors and glue.
Joe: No I'm good, just go be like Bama
