I know you probably have your head up your own arse, so I won't hold it against you. But I look at it like this. How many titles in other sports are worth at least one in other sports?
It would take probably 3 -5 championships in men's basketball to equal 1 in football. By that rational, it would take probably 10-12 championships in baseball to equal 1 in football... maybe even more.

Which coach out there has a resume anywhere close Wade's resume (keeping in mind he's only 43 years old), is going to come to LSU, and will instantly bring excitement to the program?
Since you are so sure there are multiple coaches who meet this criteria, let's see the names.
If you haven't noticed it takes more than being a good coach to win at LSU. Trent Johnson was a really good basketball coach, he made Sweet 16 runs at both Nevada and Stanford before coming to LSU. Johnny Jones was a good coach, he made the tournament with UNT and has since made the tournament with Texas Southern. Matt McMahon is a good basketball coach. Made three tournament appearances with Murray St.
It takes a certain personality to win at LSU. You have to sell your program, recruit and be a really good coach. Dale Brown was the road map. Brady has success in spurts, but never consistent. Wade won and won consistently here. He is a proven commodity that can win AT LSU.

Wade at least showed some emotion, which the players and fans can feed off of. CMM was lifeless and unemotional, just like Trent Johnson and Johnny Jones.
Wade has fire. Now, is that enough? By itself, of course not. But at least Wade has a pulse.

Anybody that thinks McClown had them in a position to beat Kentucky is just fricking clueless,remember this is the coach who said "I don't know why we're losing" REALLY WTF are you doing coaching big time college basketball! WW said when NCST was losing 5 in a row said "This is on me I need to be better as a coach and everything were doing is not good enough to win" See McClown that's what a real coach says I'm not getting the job done that's why we are not winning! Not some fricking pussy comment I don't know why were not winning buts it's not my fault.
