First off the federal case is BS and only SEC PR, in attempt to intimidate LSU.
NEWS FLASH: LSU is not intimidated.
The La. Attorney General, Liz Murrill said on Moscona that the fed case will be thrown out. It is time to fast track the SEC's appeal of the 19th district ruling to the La. Supreme Court. Why? Because a state Supreme Court will trump a Federal district court.

This is why they called their vote before the federal hearing.
If they lose, they’ve lost everything.
At that point LSU could basically run roughshod over everyone and the SEC would be impotent to do anything.
