Pretty comparable to Plutko's stats. That went well.

Yup. UNC is also a much better hitting team than UCLA. Love that we're throwing Glenn tomorrow. He's gotta be uber hungry and focused by this point. Wish I could say the same about the rest of our guys...

Yeah, nobody cares except for the guy who got suspended for Regionals.

LSU is going to face either Rodon or Plutko if they're going to get to the championship series.

Thornton has good numbers, so what. LSU has no choice but to beat him.

Did I say nobody cared? Would you call them a hungry and focused team based on the game the rest of us watched last night?

Or are you just a bored drama queen on the rag?

I love how you think you can determine how "hungry" they are because we made two errors and couldn't string together hits against a great pitcher. Do you really think they didn't want to win?

isn't it possible that two teams can both show up hungry and focused, and yet only one win? why does the loser need to be branded as not hungry? heck, I was thinking maybe LSU was too hungry, over-anxious, and played tight.

Again: Would you call them a hungry and focused team last night? If so, good for you, and your universe!

I don't know. I can't read the mind of 30 or so 18-21 year olds like you can. Impressive, to say the least.

ETA: But if I had to guess, I would say they are more than likely EXTREMELY hungry. You don't play close to 70 games, get to this point and just say "frick it".

Quote me where I said they didn't care. Do that, and we can discuss the rest. Til then, why waste my time. Moving on...
