Yup, you start throwing actual facts at them and they shut up. Historically ULL is nothing but a boil on the arse of the state. They suck every penny they can out of Louisiana. The state would be better off dropping a bomb on that shite hole they call a university.

I actually pull for ULL when they play anyone other than LSU. I despise 90% of their fans base solely on the fact that they fit into one of three categories; 1. Severe case of penis envy. 2. Lack of awareness about the disparity of college football programs i.e. ULL and UF are not on the same level, and no it doesnt matter that you almost beat them. 3. They are just dumb asses.
Now I know about 10% that dont fit into those 3 categories and I enjoy watching football with them and talking about LSU and ULL football.
ETA: We have a category 2 on our hands.

I have a lot of ULL Alumni in my family, and they waste no opportunity to bash LSU, the "evil empire" or "purple and puke" as they so affectionately call us.
I have one cousin who so ardently hates LSU, he actually refers to LSU as "LSU A&M @BR" in conversation. I always point out that at least he consistent in getting names wrong with that and "UL."

it's amazing how my fellow LSU fans are just dogging the USL program in this thread.

I went to the last ULL game in tiger stadium, truthfully there was no rivalry. It was the same outcome as every other out of state or in state team that is paid to get their arse handed to them. We started clearing out of the student section in the second quarter. ULL should take a note from Tulane when it comes to playing LSU in sports. Stop trying... hell we gave them the offer for a permanent rivalry, but they said no because they wanted home and home. Tulane was tired of traveling to get their asses handed to them. At least Tulane grads realize their is no football rivalry. Yall just want it so bad, just to make yourselves relevant, that your coaches make up BS about LSU. lol
