Skip Bertman may have said it best: “He was the one you wanted to succeed. Everyone rooted for him. He was everybody’s All-American. Not just in baseball. Whatever field. Teachers loved him. Reporters. He was gifted.” #31Always
LSU Lineup:
Watson CF
Beau DH
Duplantis RF
Bain 2B
Coomes C
Cabrera LF
Slaughter 1B
Reid 3B
Hughes SS
James Moran Twitter:
LSU is starting Nick Coomes behind the plate to give Hunter Feduccia a night off.
Feduccia has caught a ton of late and LSU wants him fresh for Mississippi State series, which begins Thursday night
Brandt Broussard made the trip to Metairie with the team. He’s got a large hard cast on his injured left thumb
Josh Smith spoke to reporters here in Metairie for the first time since his back injury.
Will post a story shortly, but he wants (loosely plans) to try swinging a bat late this week or early next week
ULL Lineup:
Daniel Lahare RF
Gavin Bourgeois CF
Hunter Kasuls 2B
Kennon Fontenot 1B
Hayden Cantrell’s SS
Monroe Moll DH
Zach LaFleur LF
Kole McKinnon C
Jonathon Windham 3B
Pitching Matchup:
RHP AJ Labas 2.25 era
LHP Hogan Harris 8.31 era

Wow. What a cluster frick in the infield. Not ONE projected starter.

Watchespn streaming this tonight?

As is typical for CST games, I'll be using the WatchESPN feed to do BPB. So there will be some delay compared to TV.

Welp, I guess I'll read up when I get a break.

Wally is always at 3rd base at the box. The guy who rakes that area always puts a 31 in the dirt before each game.
