we haven't won 4 straight games against SEC teams the entire season. that's what it would take for us to make it to the championship game of the SECT. We've only won more than 2 straight once, and that was against the worst team in the SEC. the lowest seed to ever win the SECT since they expanded it to 12 or more teams was a 4 seed. The lowest seed to ever win period was a 7 seed over 20 years ago when the SECT only had 8 teams. This season is over. We don't have the pitching to get through a 3 game series, much less one to win 5 straight games and having to go through teams with double byes
