There have been plenty of NFL players that have overcome much worse off the field issues (PACman Jones, Leonard Little, Donte Stallworth, Ray Lewis, etc)

It's not like the deck is completely stacked against him. Of course, it's up to him and only him if he wants to rebound.

I think I was able to gather enough info from here to know why Les Miles totally dropped Lee from the last game or two (think early entry scholarship). But I don't blame Lee for going in the tank the week after Bama. We all knew that Les was turning the team back over to Jefferson. I didn't boo at the Kentucky game, but if I would have, it was because that day showed just how intent Les was to shove Jordan back on the field.

And for the record, I supported Jefferson and Johns through the Shady's incident. I just never believed in Jefferson as a quarterback.
