and I'm sorry for that.
no need to say that to me, at all... anyway, these are emotional times for all.. all i was saying to you is that you would be surprised at what all the little shite, aka redfield does know and he's done a good job of only letting out little bits, SO FAR, and i hope he CONTINUES doing that, or i'm gonna have to lay an old left hoof up side his head, TOMORROW.....

Redfield I can't tell you how much I for one appreciate the info you've shared and look forward to any other nuggets (why no lee on 1/9? Might as well ask lol)

I wish TM had surrounded himself with better people, better influences. I do not know who the goons at southern are that you refer to. But it sure seems like JJ is a terrible influence and a poor leader given Shady's and today. I hope JJ stays away from the program for good.

TM is one of the most entertaining, special athletes I have ever seen grace a football field. Heisman candidate - a lot of us forget that. It is a stunning and sad fall from grace. I hope he gets his life straight.

True statement. I knew back in August that there was a low probability that Mathieu could make it another two college football seasons without getting in trouble. But I was just totally caught off guard when he got busted with, Jordan Jefferson. You can't seriously script this kind of drama. Of all the LSU players that have been scrutinized, JJ is actually going to get arrested...again? That's got to be killing Les Miles. That man has been criticized by every alleged journalist/broadcaster for his man crush on Jordan... And now this.

Yeah, I guess the 4 of them together was surprising. But I was surprised at how big a presence JJ still had at LSU in the football program. Free access to the locker room and sidelines.

What does Miles do now? You think he cuts JJ out of the program? Or you think things stay the same, and Miles says he will never turn his back on JJ? Dude's probably out of jail right now. Is he welcome back on the sidelines against Bama? If not, how does Miles explain his abandonment of JJ?

I whacked your posts because they are too long and frankly this thread has been off topic enough with the talk on:
pro/con marijuana
Legalize marijuana
Side effects of marijuana

No offense, I didn't see the post where the guy asked you to post the articles

We have had that type of thread and many like it on the site for years

So he never went into a clinic? Maybe that's what he needs

Clinics are mainly for people with physical dependencies on drugs, not psychological. Physical dependencies are experienced through withdrawals. Pot can be mentally addictive for some, but not really physically. It's different then somebody trying to quit opiates where they puking for hours/days with full body cramps.

He needs to see a therapist/counselor/psychologist to help him out. Yes I know he's seeing Lucas, but people need to understand that things like this take time, not 2-3 months

Do you know what the teams morale is when dealing with these numerous distractions? It seems like they have at least moved on the field with new young leaders like Jeremy Hill and bot Jalen Collins and Jalen Mills playing very well for their first action in the SEC, Alexander and Turner crushing people etc .. etc

We used to joke about it, but one day Jarret Lee, or somebody, really needs to write a book about the quarterback shuffle at LSU from 2008-2012. Today's arrest just adds more fuel to the fire.

It seems like everyone is focused on football and his spot on the team and his nfl future. Especially him. All the while he is basically living a double life and trying to fool everyone. None of that football stuff matters if his mind is fricked up and he doesn't want to get straight

Well yeah, he's got to get himself straight first but if Tyrann wasn't such a huge football talent, no one here would care about him or his future.

But he IS a gifted athlete and that's what makes this such a story. You think if he get's straight and makes it to the NFL he's not going to start lighting up again? Does it really matter at that point? Not as long as he lights it up on the field.

I'm just glad he got busted now instead of getting reinstated to the team and then getting popped.

That would have sucked much worse.

This is a prime example of how you are who you hang out with. It's as simple as that, I'll never understand the mentality of hanging out with people who drag you down.

Usually when you live this double life, and it falls apart ...it has been going on for a long time. When it falls apart usually denotes a loss of control. He obviously has a lot to work on before he resurrects his football career. His problems are probably worse than just occasionally getting high.

Something about that issue, some day, will have to come out.

What is it that JLee did that was so morally reprehensible, that Les literally removed him from the team 3/4 of the way through the season, in which he led the team to a #1 ranking, and BCSNGC? Literally throw him away after 4 years?

And yet, what is it in Les, that could see only the good in JJ, and ignore what everybody else in TigerNation saw, a guy with no leadership skills, that blamed his teammates, never took responsibility for himself, and had violent issues with the law? Judgment issues? How about doing weed with a player that could still possibly be eligible, if he stayed clean from weed?

2 completely Les Miles. What's the story? There's a story. When will it come out?
