If you use different Browsers (I use IE and Firefox but Chrome or any other works as well) you can vote more than once each day.

You don't have to do all of that - just use Firefox, start private browsing, then close the browser window every time. It never tells me that I've already voted when I do it that way.
I assume if you have the new version of IE that will work, too. I don't use Chrome enough to know if it has that feature.
(ETA - HB7 is really starting to pull away from the pack - thanks to the Rant).
