Hopefully he can concentrate on his schooling and be ready for next year, while getting acclimated to the defensive system. I know he is a die hard LSU kid and hope he can make the grades.

Yes, that's what was reported. He lost a significant amount of weight. He should be in decent shape. Sucks if he has to redshirt.

He has to RS for 2017. He is eligible to practice and enroll but can't play in 2017 just like Andre Anthony last year. I'll take it though

linemen generally need a redshirt year anyway...glad he is aboard.
