The writing is on the wall that at best this is a season full of exhibition games. No bowl games, no playoffs. These guys were expecting a normal season when they announced they were returning.
At this point, it’s just not worth it. Take the money fronted by the agents, help your family, and get ready for the draft.
It sucks, but COVID and the reaction to it ruined college athletics this year.

There is already more than 1 mock draft that has him as a 1st rounder. Some as the first DT taken.

Me too. It was pretty much DOA (or at a minimum seriously diluted) with the Big 10 and PAC 12 not playing. The real question is whether a significant number of 3rd year players will continue to opt out in the post-Corona landscape.
