I think he thought it was going to be caught and LSU players are coached to job to second base on flyouts so when it landed in left he was halfway between the bags.

I don't understand baseball players.

You sit in the dugout for most of the game and for the rest of the game you're standing around on the field. The one chance you get to get off your arse and run, you're going to jog? Basketball, soccer and even football players spend most of the game hustling and slamming into each other for 3 hours and these lazy fricks won't run 180 ft two or three times in 3 hours
