Trying to indentify a song the LSU Band plays

This is the song...i also heard it played after the SEC title game and before the national title game as well as other games...this is a link of the band playing it...would yall know the song title and the artist ...thanks guys

On a somewhat related question, anyone know the song they play after home games while people are exiting? After the Alma mater it seems they always play it. Sounds a bit like a slow gospel hymn.
