Brennan would be in a full-body cast after the game with this O-line.

Etling has had time to throw the last three games. He just refuses to pull the trigger and anticipate throws, so he ends up taking uneneccary sacks, which is fine if you can lean on your run game and defense, but he’s not going to go out and beat a good defense doing that.

Yeah, the OL is the problem, doesn't matter who the QB is right now. Whoever is back there, they're going to have a hard time staying upright.

False. If Brennan had been starting most of the season then yes but he's no where near ready to perform vs Bama

This game will be about our defense plus guice\d-willy.

we had 33 rushing yards last year with Fournette and Guice. And our defense is a notch below our defense last year. We can play not to get blown out and it will probably be a 17-3 type of game. Or, we can play to win and possibly pull it off or possibly lose by 30.

We need better OL and DL play to beat them. It don’t matter who the QB is.

Agree - While the team as a whole seems to be coming together, pass blocking by the OL is still non - existent. It really doesn't matter who the QB is if he spends most of the game running for his life. Brennan has far more upside than Etling except experience and needs to be developed.

Guice had two carries last year for 8 yds. Fournette also was not 100%.

Brennan is the future, but not the near future. Bama would snap him like a twig.

I'll go false. Either way, it'll take a 9-6 type game for us to win. We're not going to be able to beat them with our offense in any case.

We had Jordan Jefferson come into a Bama game when JL fell apart, and we WON. Jordan Jefferson lol. Etling is in the same boat as JL. He couldn't beat Bama on his best day. He's not a good passer. Let me guess..., when OSU went with their 3rd string qb, he had alot of playing experience??!! Look what happened

Okay, I’m 2015 we rushed for 54 yards with 20 of those coming from Brandon Harris scrambles. We will not beat them by lining up and running the ball.

We won’t be able to run the ball on Bama. We are going to have to loosen them up with the passing game if we are going to have a shot. I think Brennan’s floor is certainly lower than Etlings, but I think his ceiling is much higher. I say true.

FALSE. There is more to running an offense than arm strength.

False. Brennan isnt uo to speed yet. Playing Bama's D is a recipe for disaster for a true freshman with a marginal o line.
