Maybe he gets injured and and never sees a dime from an NFL paycheck.

Always a risk, but TF was undersized for the NFL & needed another year to get bigger. I think that he was projected to go low in the draft or possibly not at all after all his junior year.

SOP dictates that you assess your draft value and then make a decision. His decision did not match his projected value. It's that simple.

These fricking clowns in this thread are going to predict that his value would not increase one bit his senior year.

He was a hard worker and had a good run at LSU and in the NFL. Thanks for giving us 3 years Trev. Congrats on the new job! Looking forward to watching your coaching career grow. Good Luck!

it's all a wash. if he was good enough, he would have made it ultimately. the only difference is he might have gotten a bigger contract out of college, but again maybe not. also, i'm pretty sure he earned his degree, so he didn't really have a reason to stay.

What year? And it should be a good season next year attendance wise. I think people will want to see what he can do as a coach ... I'll be there!

OLY let me guess ... you graduated in 1988 ... um and you were in my freaking wedding.

eta: no brownies for you ... only for ME & Ju. Unless you move closer ... don't think they'd taste any good if I mailed them.

Keep her away from my son! I'm only kidding ... that seems to be a good class for the most part.
