What’s scary is he rolled his ankle Wednesday and isn’t even 100% right now.

shite if he plays well enough over the course of the year to warrant him leaving for the NBA it will have been a great thing for LSU. That said, I'm just not sure he has the size to be a sure-fire one and done. Either way, he's played 3 collegiate games. Let's just enjoy the guy while we have him, whether it's 1, 2, 3 or 4 years.

Man, that dude is special. I've played and watched a lot of basketball in my 53 years on this earth, and after watching Michael Jordan, Pete Maravich, Isiah Thomas etc. I don't get impressed very easily. That young man has definitely impressed me! Being 5 foot 10 myself, I know how difficult it can be to play against guy's 6 foot 7, 6'8", 6'9" etc. The way he drives and scores against multiple defenders that height is amazing. He brings something to the table LSU has lacked for a long time, a legit go-to-guy when you got to have a score. He will be tested tonight though. That entire team is going to be tested.

Not to take ANYTHING away from Waters but what I was most impressed with is how many EXCELLENT minutes LSU got from guys off the bench! A couple of them elevated their play. WOW what an awesome game that was.
