More than his art skills this shows how much love he has for the program. He could have drawn a tiger, TS, or another player but he chose Les and thats pretty fricking awesome.

Did you guys know that you can scan a photograph and various computer graphics programs will convert the image directly into a duplicate of that photo in watercolor, pen and ink or pencil. That looks like what was done here. If TW didn't do that, he's a talented artist.

doesn't look that way to me, the background would be in the drawing as well if that was the case, and as you can see, it is not. Also, there are some variations in the photo vs. the drawing.
