I’m not exaggerating, easily 20% of the people walking around Austin tonight are wearing P&G. I’m expecting a huge corndog presence in DKR tomorrow - 2018 UGA levels of visiting fans.

We have a strong following here. A ton of former LSU players here too.

I have said this before, but the Bob Bullock museum is my favorite place to park. It is a few blocks walk to the stadium, but a safe underground garage that is easy to get out of after the game and get away.
You can even poop in the a/c at the museum in a clean bathroom.
The big arse dell medical center is a decent pooping option as well

Possibly, but all these posts from last night about all the Tiger fans in Austin are hilarious.. Y’all are walking around in the touristy areas.. the majority of Texas fans are home in the burbs and wont be seen before the game tonight.. i’m an LSU fan going to the game, and i live in Austin; i went to HEB last night and didnt see a single Tiger fan.
All that said, i do think it’s possible we’ll show up in huge numbers at DKR tonight, just you cant possibly tell based on how much Purple & Gold you saw walking around last night.. I personally know lots of Tigers coming in to party without tickets to the game.

There may not be a more appropriate time to use this all season:

Off the beaten path a little for most but I am very happy you enjoyed it.

This is kind of a one off random thought, but most from LA probably haven’t considered.
Liquor stores are closed on Sundays and beer is not available until 12:noon. For those of you staying until Monday plan accordingly. Liquor by the bottle is only available in liquor stores
Liquor and beer available at bars/restaurants before noon but you have to have food in front of you. Chips and queso counts and is often the quickest thing bars can get out in the morning on Sundays

True, yet so stupid.
I dont drink often, but i live in TX (from NOLA originally) and every 2 or 3 years i’ll go to the grocery store looking for liquor for a party or something, cant find any and then someone reminds me of the dumb antiquated rules here.

We had a great time partying on 6th st last night with Tiger and Longhorn fans. I had several Longhorn fans tell me they have never seen this many visiting fans

This. I was thinking the same thing
Almost every Texas fan I know that’s going to the game lives in the burbs with a SUV and 2 kids.
It’s like saying X team is going to take over Tiger Stadium because Bourbon St had a ton of fans.

Austin seems to be a much better college town in BR. Cool adult bars, dining and atmosphere. I hate to admit it but I have seen enough to make that conclusion.

BR is literally the worst college town. I enjoyed my time there but you can’t be serious.

Yeah I laughed a few times this week when people are comparing Austin to Baton Rouge.

Atleast that guy can see the Forrest through the trees. You’ll have a ton of people calling BR better in the coming days
