True and dumb to be fired for stuff from when you were a kid, but I never had the thought of posting anything like that on the internet under my real name as a teenager. I wouldn't hire someone like this for being retarded. This kind of stuff is reserved for texts between your buddies.

Nah dude you're forgetting about the "no takebacks" rule. Once you hire someone you are forced to keep them regardless of if something that shows they may not be as good a decision-maker as other candidates comes out.

When interviewing candidates for jobs, a hell of a lot of folks get disqualified because of stuff they have posted on the internet and they don’t even know it. You would be suprised what you can find out about a person’s character through a simple search.
