If I drive in tomorrow, what's the latest I should get into NO without fighting too much traffic?

Got tickets and trying to rearrange meetings.

Early. I would plan to be in the CBD before 3.

Agree. 3 at absolute latest. You going to get caught up in work traffic along with game traffic if you go any later.

If I were you, I'd sleep a little late and be driving into NOLA around 930-1030. The work traffic will have thinned a bit and game day traffic will just be cranking up

With Trump coming they want folks to head to the dome at 4.

This is my plan. I’m leaving Prairieville around 9:00am.

If coming from Baton Rouge get to River Rd or Airline Hwy and come around the back.

Presidents usually arrive after the game starts. Does not affect traffic that much.

I don’t think traffic will be as bad as everyone thinks. Most Clemson fans flew in and will walk to game from hotel. Half of the LSU fans probably have hotels also and will be on foot.

I would land AF1 at the Belle Chasse AFB. Bring him via Marine 1 to the Dome helipad.

They didn't ask me though.

We were talking ab this the other day. Seems to make much more sense and make much less disruption.

Is there a suitable place by the dome to land his chopper?
Just curious because I’ve only seen small ones land there

I saw an article yesterday that quoted a secret service representative saying all fans with tickets should be in line for 4pm to ensure getting into the dome before kickoff due to extra security protocols.
