I know it was the largest game of the year but it seemed it took a lot longer to leave tonight than it has been. When I got to Highland/Stadium, the light was cycling normally. Usually when there is a large crowd at the basketball games they have someone there manually cycling the light to keep traffic flowing. Did anyone else notice fewer cops working traffic control after the game? Just thought it was odd since the game was sold out.

Parked south side stadium parking lot and I had trouble getting out. Once I was out though it was smooth.

Does anyone expect Baton Rouge cops to manage traffic flow well is the real question.

And the answer is no.

WTF? Do you have comprehension problems? I never complained about traffic. I made an observation. No need to be so reactionary.

LSU PD usually works a few of the lights after the games. But they’re likely working more security related items with the armed robberies this week.

Everything around LSU should be total contraflow for at least 2 hours post-game after football, baseball, and men's basketball. The city of BR should just openly accept it and turn every major road out of campus into a two lane, red light free artery onto every major highway and interstate.

But they won't.

Thanks Mayor Doome.

I said it with a smile. Don't be so defensive, diction is ls sometimes lost in text.

2 hours for basketball and baseball?

15 minutes, maybe.

No problems getting out and I went through the Highland
/Stadium intersection. No backups all the way to the interstate.
