T.Quinn vs A. Booty

I remember Booty was money and wasn't scared to make the catch across the middle. Is T.Quinn the same type of wr? Looks like he is a little faster clocked with 4.3 speed.

granted that I was only about 6 or 7 when Booty played, I don't remember him being all that consistent or clutch...FWIW I think Quinn will easily surpass Booty.
why are we only comparing him to Booty when there have been better WRs after him?

I love that we have to compare him to another white guy.

Booty's number 1 trait was his ability to get separation on the push off and a sharp cut; he had to do that because he didn't have the burners. (For a NFL comparison to Booty, see Joe Horn.)
But that isn't a necessity for Quinn's game, he is a legit athlete through and through. If I had to compare him with another LSU WR, I would say Quinn is a richer man's Buster Davis. Good hands, good straight line speed, good instincts with the ball in his hands for a WR.

I remember Booty was scared of contact & would get T-Rex arms if he heard footsteps. I also remember watching him basically "give" a Bama defender the ball in the endzone in 99'. From that play on, I lost respect for him.

Booty was slow and not exceptionally quick, both attributes of Quinn.. The only comparable was that booty and Quinn both run good routes on time.. I hope to compare Quinn to josh reed someday
