That 4 game span in 2007 was unbelievable

Oct 6 - win vs. florida
Oct 13 - loss to Kentucky (not saying the loss was awesome, but it was an exciting game to watch as a football fan)
Oct 20 - win vs. auburn - D. Byrd catch
Nov 3 - win in tuscaloosa

Edit: plus 2 weeks before the florida game was the Colt David touchdown

Was there for all 3 and UF '97 wins going away. Not sure I sat down that entire game...the sustainable noise from start to finish has never been matched.

There was the point in the '07 UF game when they announced the final score of the USC/Stanford game where the ENTIRE stadium was rocking....LSU fans and players as well as the UF fans and players were all relishing the moment.

UGA '03 = best day game ever in a landslide.

I wasn't at the 97 Florida and 03 Georgia games, so I can't speak from experience. But, not only Florida in 07, Auburn also... The Florida game had a ton of hype, with Tebow's number on bar signs in BR, FL coming off of a natty, LSU #2 in the nation then they announce USC lost to Stanford and the crowd goes nuts... So yeah, being in the student section for 07 Florida, that's my vote

Here's that auburn TD. I remember screaming about the clock. Miles almost screwed that one up too.

No doubt about it...UF 97. Nothing has been able to compare ever since. If they can ever bottle that and open it up every game...

UGA 03

That game was a program changer IMO. At that moment we became the big swinging dicks in the SEC, that is until 1/9/12

UGA. It was the only one of these I was in TS for. Prob the loudest TS crowd I've experienced.

Meh, the clock thing was overblown, we had a timeout, were in FG range, snapped with like 8 seconds left. I think Byrd caught it with like 3-4 seconds left but the clock kept running down to 1.

That wasn't the problem I had with it, I just thought the playcall was dumb even though it worked. Run the ball, center it for a FG and maybe get some yards. Call a timeout and kick a FG. What's also stupid is they kicked a PAT instead of going for two.

If we can only pick from the OP's list, then UF '97. But all-time in TS, 17-16 vs Ole Miss '72.

This thread crops up one or twice a year. Anybody who says anything other than Florida 97 usually wasnt at that game. Unless you were at all 3 games then you should recuse your vote.

I was at all 3 and the answer is 1997 Florida.

Was at all three. UF '97 made you believe that we could win big games. Set up so much excitement for the next decade.

Florida 97. No one expected to win and Florida had been abusing us for years. The state of the program made it a bigger win.

'97 Florida win! It wasn't going to happen but it did!

This game made Kevin Faulk a known commodity.
