That wrist was flopping around an awful lot on the walk back to the dugout.

I don’t think anybody knows what they’re talking about. Some say wrist some say shoulder.

Maybe if he knew how to dive back to the bag he’d be in there

Are you under the impression that wrists shouldn’t move?

That's how they roll in St. Pete's Florida. It's all good

I guess shoulders don’t either

No sir, in fact, shoulders do not “flop around”

If the wrist was injured, they would have stabilized it

The coach was stabilizing the bicep, not the forearm… tells me likely shoulder

If it was “flopping around” the trainer was negligent and should have splinted it or immobilized it.

He doesn’t usually spend much time at first base. He usually just passes it up.

Haha he wasn’t stabilizing the bicep. His shoulder dislocated. Trainer was stabilizing the shoulder, they probably popped it back in, if not he’s going to the ER.

Quick throw slapdick. Quick reaction.

Does anyone know how much time he missed with the injury last year?

Looks like not long. After searching for articles I see he got injured in late April and another article, summarizing the NC state season, showed a video of him blasting 3 HRs a month later against Miami.
