TT wants the ball, and JL is the only guy that can get it to him. Here's hoping that JL gets most of the playing time, because if not it will be a long day for the Tigers.

There was also a quote by Randle earlier saying that when Lee is in the game they know the ball is either going to be handed off to Ridley or passed to Tolliver.

the full quote just to show you how the media can spin things. and these quotes were just taken after the Tenn. game and not in reference to the up coming florida game.

“Jordan is my roommate, I get to see
him every day and every night. I think those guys
made a huge contribution to this victory. When Jarrett Lee came in, he was driving the
offense down the field, giving the ball to Terrence Toliver, making a key quarterback
diversion. Jordan Jefferson had 100 yards rushing in the first quarter. Those guys did a
great job tonight.”

All Jefferson was against Tenn was basically a wildcat QB anyway. That's probably what we see in the future.

how often does a wildcat quarterback throw two ints?

No it wasn't. LSU just exploited the defense they were in. There was no bust to it.

not get pissed that LSU scored, just that Jefferson did it and as dumb as miles is he would have thought "OOO look Jefferson is ALL-SEC NOW!!!"....I can see miles thinking that after one run, thus giving him more PT which is what LSU doesnt need...Jlee should have been playing the last two games, now were going into florida and he's seen maybe a half a game...its stupid......Miles is that ignorant...and so are a few on this board that still think JJ is a QB.

expoited means 1 on 1...there were two Tenn players there waiting on him that ran into each other...JJ was never touched BECAUSE they ran into each other...it was a horrendous tackling attempt by the LB that blocked the DE that was about to get him.

he didnt juke or mash through anyone for a great run...

Yeah JJ's run was a busted defense by Tenn. Not a great play by Jefferson.

It was a nice cut by JJ and even though an 83 yarder wont happen often, JJ has proven he can make nice runs. He's got several runs for first downs... and a nice 18 yard TD run as well. He's actually a good runner... when NOT in the option.

Whats failed to mention in the OP, is JJ has gotten the ball to TT several times of which is almost always dropped.

100% The fact that Jefferson has over 50 carries on the year and Shepard only has about 20 if ri-fricking-diculous.

I think Ridley carried like 10 times when JJ was in the game and 12 times when Lee was in the game.

Gilbeaux is nothing more than a hack rag pusher. He was run out of BR, and has a huge love fest for Saban. Always has. He does not like Miles in the least, and it shows the way he spins things.

Annnnnd your point is? No one said he was taking carries away from our main RB. But he his taking the carries away from other big time players. There's no reason Shep, Ware or Randle can't run the same shite Jefferson's running.

Newsflash: He's not a WR. He his a playmaker, period. He needs to be touching the ball 10-29 times a game.
