This. he's the hottest hitter on the team right now and has been crushing this weekend. Went 4/8 last weekend against Arkansas, 3/3 Wednesday, and is 5/8 so far this weekend.

we've tried that and it didn't work. Can't have your leadoff hitter striking out more than anyone on the team like Watson has this year. But someone really does need to sit him down and tell him to relax. Kid has more talent than anyone on the team outside maybe Cabrera and it just seems like ever since he came back from his injury he's trying to crush everything. It's led to a lot of strike outs and a lot of weak ground balls to the left side of the infield. And his batting average has dropped 80 points in the past 6 weeks. He was batting .397 entering the Vandy series and is now down to .320.

Watson is awful unless he gets his pitch middle in.

My point is he needs to see a lot of pitches and take a lot of pitches. CPM and force him to take some of those.
