I wouldn't say it's meaningless, but it's a game with no real upside for LSU. If we win, it'll be "so what, we were supposed to win big against one of the nation's worst run defenses." If we lose...well, you draw that conclusion for yourself.
Hopefully we just take care of business and move on to next year.

I will cheer because it's LSU. The game is meaningless though. Am I being a fair weather fan because I want our team to be playing in a Big6 bowl game. Hell we're not even the night before NYE!

i do love LSU football.... and that's why i want miles gone... i'm sorry that you don't get that absolutely nothing positive can come out of this game against texas tech, only negative or neutral outcomes are possible... but it's a stunning lack of logic on the part of the majority of LSU fans that landed us in an 11 year stretch with a turd coach like miles and will likely have us in another 8-4/9-3 next year. for the people like myself who NEVER liked miles and knows where the USS Miles will likely end up sinking, we don't deserve this... it's you people who have this silly child like adoration of miles that deserve another season of underachieving, and i truly am sorry that you don't get it because logic would enhance your lives so much if you ever found it.

Anytime I get to see the Tigers play it is a good thing. I laugh at the fricktards that want to belittle fans that decide to enjoy this game.

No win situation for LSU....if they run all over them for 350 yards on the ground and out-muscle them, people will say that Miles will never change. If we throw for 350 yards people will say where the hell was that all season long. And if we lose....implosion.

I will be at the basketball game as well. Then after the game I'll be in front of my 60 inch with a bottle of Glenlivet 72 and I'll be cheering my head off for the Tigers and coach Miles
